Primoretz Grand Hotel & Spa, Burgas

The hotel has some excellent features, like spacious rooms and a nice spa area, but unfortunately, the service and certain amenities let it down. The pool area and the view from the rooms are great, but the strong smell of smoke and rudeness from some staff members detracted from the overall experience.

The Grand Hotel and SPA Primoretz boasts an outstanding location right next to the beach and the beautiful Sea Garden, making it a serene spot for both relaxation and exploration. The hotel features spacious and well-furnished rooms that contribute to a comfortable stay, but some areas, particularly the service, lag behind expectations for a high-tier hotel. The dining experience, while varied, has room for improvement, especially during breakfast. The facilities, including the pool area and spa, have their merits, but they also highlight some inconsistencies.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location adjacent to the beach and offers spacious rooms with beautiful views. The pool area is exceptional and provides a relaxing atmosphere. However, the service leaves much to be desired, as the staff often appear dismissive and untrained. The dining options are plentiful but could benefit from improvements in service efficiency.

I spent some time at this hotel and overall it was a lovely stay. The views from my room were absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful Black Sea. However, the experience was dampened by some issues with the spa, which didn't meet my expectations at all and left me feeling more stressed than pampered. The breakfast was quite nice, with a good selection, but there were still a few areas where improvement could be made.
